KT1BVDEiEZg SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EARTHQUAKE WATCH ! An earthquake in the Balleny Islands Region October 9th could produce a strong kinetic migration into the west coast of North America in the coming days, strong migration relationships of past earthquakes indicate areas at risk for a 6.5-7.0 magni...

M3.2 Solar Flare - May 17, 2013

M3.2 Solar Flare - May 17, 2013

D-omi5fSHuw M3.2 SOLAR FLARE ! Active Region 11748 produced an eruption peaking to M3.2 at 08:57 UTC this morning.  Associated with this blast was a 10cm Radio Burst (Ten Flare) measuring 450 Solar Flux Units. We will now need to wait to see if the resulting Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) has an ea...

Filament Eruption & G2 Class Geomagnetic Storm March 17, 2013

Dim lights

STRONG CME IMPACT !!
G2 Class Geomagnetic Storm is in progress, a coronal mass ejection (CME) hit Earth's magnetic field at 0600 UT on March 17th. The impact was strong, lifting the solar wind speed from 300 km/s to greater than 600 km/s. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras.

Volcano / Earthquake Watch March 3-7, 2013

Targeting two Coronal Holes in both hemispheres of the solar corona during a significant phase of planetary alignments peaking from the 3-7 of march. After further analysis i have isolated two areas (28-33°N latitude) and (27-31°S latitude), these coronal features may produce two earthquakes over 6.0 Magnitude(Southern Hemisphere) and  7.0 Magnitude earthquake(Northern Hemisphere) in one of these listed locations during this watch period:
Bonin Islands, Izu Islands, Ryukyu Islands Japan Region or Southern Iran.Time Frame March 5-7
Kermadec Islands Region Time Frame March 3-5

M1.2 Solar Flare & Huge Halo CME - March 5, 2013

Dim lights

M1.2 Solar Flare & Huge CME !!
Sunspot 1684 erupted violently at 07:54 today unleashing an impulsive M1.2 Solar Flare. it appears a very strong halo Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from old AR11678 which is not on the earth-facing side of the disk but will return onto the disk in 4-5 days, latest imagery indicates a very powerful blast may have occurred simultaneously on two separate sides of the solar corona.

M1.9 Solar Flare / Prominence Eruption Feb 17, 2013

Dim lights

M1.9 SOLAR FLARE / PROMINENCE ERUPTION / CME !!
Newly numbered active region 11675 has unleashed a moderate but impulsive M1.9 class event at 15:50 UTC 17th Feb. A large prominence eruption and Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) was also observed at very high latitudes in the southern hemisphere of the solar corona, the resulting CME is not earth bound or earth directed.
